Cactus Fruit Journal (CFJ) is growing, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our mission-driven team. We are an independent publisher dedicated to amplifying underrepresented narratives and leveraging our success to reinvest directly into underserved communities in Tigray.

We are currently accepting applications for roles to help execute our core projects, which include:

• Editorial & Design Projects: Vetting submissions, developmental editing, and graphic design for upcoming print and digital publications.

• Podcast Production: Assisting with interview scheduling, audio editing, and show notes for the Cactus Fruit Journal Podcast.

• Tigray Community Outreach: Supporting logistics, communication, and reporting on our reinvestment initiatives and projects in Tigray.
